What can be returned?
If any product is unsatisfactory, it may be returned.

Within 30 days from the purchase date (as dated on the corresponding invoice).
Where do items need to be returned to?
To return this merchandise, please ship to CosmoSun at 3874 Tampa Road Suite 200. Please include a copy of the packing list with the shipment.
How do customers return items?
Please return all items to the above postal address, including your name, number, reason for return and how you paid for your item.
Shipping for returns?
Any return shipping rates are the sole cost of the customer. CosmoSun will not be liable to reimburse the customer for any shipping relating to returns.
Damaged Items (shipping/mailing error)?
Occasionally items may get damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. In the case of damaged goods or order process errors we will collect and exchange the item at no extra cost to yourself.
